Fees for getting started

If you haven’t had financial advice before, or you just haven’t spoken to the right planner yet, it’s hard to know where to get started with planning your financial future. The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) has a good introductory guide that can be accessed here.

To further assist with getting you started, I offer a complimentary and obligation-free 15 minute phone discussion to explore likely advice needs prior to committing to an initial appointment.

If you would like to book in an initial complimentary 15-minute phone discussion please click here to make an online booking.

The fee for our initial appointment is $220. Click here to see why I charge for the first appointment.

Complimentary
Initial appointment

If we identify through the phone call that a more in-depth discovery discussion needs to occur, the next stage is to arrange an initial appointment. This will usually be a face-to-face appointment but can also be conducted over the phone or online using either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. At the initial appointment we will discuss your financial situation in depth, identify your needs, goals and objectives and outline the work that needs to be undertaken. A comprehensive quote for the preparation of a statement of advice (SOA) will be provided at the end of this meeting. Work will not be commenced without your full understanding and agreement.
