MyService is DVA’s online platform enabling veterans and their families to manage their business with DVA and connect with DVA services online.
All veterans (including serving and transitioning members) and their families can have a MyService account to manage their DVA business. MyService includes:
• claiming and manage income support payments
• applying for support transitioning into the civilian workforce
• requesting a DVA official letter for third parties (about payments and concession eligibilities, and Income and Assets statements)
• booking transport and claim expenses for approved medical treatment
• requesting a review of a DVA decision
• nominating a representative to help you with your DVA business
• upload supporting documentation MyService is continually adding more services to make it easier for you and your family to access DVA online.
