Getting involved with ESOs can help you through your transition to civilian life by helping to maintain a strong connection to the Defence community.
Getting involved with an ESO will also put you in touch with other veterans who have already been down the transition path and who may have valuable advice to offer from their own experiences about social connectivity and other elements of your transition.
